Trust Exterminating is a family-owned pest control company in Benton, Tennessee, owned and operated by Jerry Weaver, who brings 13+ years of pest control experience. The company serves homes across Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia, and customers communicate directly with the technicians who treat their homes rather than a call center.
Jerry's story
Jerry Weaver has spent 13 years in pest control. Over that time he has learned what separates a treatment that works from one that just smells like it did: knowing exactly which pest you're dealing with, finding where it lives, and fixing the conditions that let it move in.
He started Trust Exterminating to run a company the way he thought it should be run. That means the owner stays in the field, customers can talk directly with the technician who treats their home, and nobody has to explain their problem twice to a call center.
It also means running the business side well. We use modern scheduling and billing tools, so appointment reminders, rescheduling and paying an invoice are simple, and the time we spend with you goes to the pests.
Today Trust Exterminating serves homes across Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia from our office in Benton, where we also run a DIY Pest Shop for people who'd rather handle smaller problems themselves.

Built: the company was put together from the ground up by the person who still does the work, one route and one customer at a time.
Earned: trust isn't part of the name by accident. We don't expect it up front. We earn it each visit by showing up when we said we would, explaining what we found, and doing what we said we'd do.

Straight answers
We tell you what we found, what we recommend, and what we'd skip. If a problem doesn't need a service plan, we'll say so.
Identification before treatment
The right product in the wrong place doesn't work. We confirm the pest and its source before we apply anything.
Care around your family
Products are chosen with kids and pets in mind and applied according to label directions. We'll tell you what we're using and why.
Direct communication
You can reach your technician. Questions get answered by someone who has actually been to your house.
Neighbors first
We live and work here. A job we'd be embarrassed to have our name on isn't finished.
